If you expedite it it's less than a month.

good luck! My principal paid to her hers expedited but it never came. Had to contact the GA representative office to get a waiver

well, I guess I should have rushed the birth certificate then. that's 7-10 days processing and only had it regular mailed. doh!

They say they're back down to 3-4 weeks on regular passports again. Do you have an old expired passport?

I've never left the country. Unless you count Puerto Rico, but I didn't need a passport then. I'm excited!

Congrats on the preso! If you travel across the border by car, I think you can still use your driver's license and birth certificate

I was going to say something similar. I thought for Canada and Mexico you can use an expired passport as well.

yeah, car will not work. If it were Mexico, maybe, but Canada will take us Texans 32 hours of straight driving.
