I used my MacBook Pro with software called Periscope that takes the pictures in whatever increments you set. Mine was every 5 seconds.

I also used a Huckleberry with iGlasses by eCamm so that I can get the image from BEHIND the laptop, mirror and flip it.

then I used iMovie to bring the pictures together and publish
