what is a "casadia"??

well I looked it up on google and it turns out its a tortilla (I don't know if I spelled that right) with cheese melted inside it

and its rolled up into a tube like thing

neat, the word Casadia just looked odd to me.

My grandma used to make those for my cousin when we lived in Akron-she would use string cheese because it was easy to roll into the

tortilla. I tried it a few times but am not very good at keeping it from falling apart. Oh! And Grandma sometimes put bologna in there,

too!

Oh. Quesadilla!! In a tube??? That is not what my Grandma used to make. Quesadillas are different (at least the way I make them!)

My quesadillas are NOT in a tube, I mean. They are flat.

Taco bell sells tubular quesadillas but they are called cheesy roll ups and are not really very good
