sees Ludwig outside and tries to resist the urge to run over to him and tackle hug him over!

probably good tackling-bait right about now. He's got his back turned, bent over looking for non-existent weeds.

tries his hardest to resist, but he is himself after all, so within seconds he flung himself at the german, latching onto him tightly.

"Luuudwiiiiig!!!"

nearly faceplants the flowerbed. "I-Italy! What are you doing?!" In other words, you scared the wits out of him, good job!

nuzzles his back like a cat. "I wanted to see Ludwig again!! I missed you~!"

rights himself carefully so he doesn't fall over. He tries to look over his shoulder to see him, somewhat amused. "Did you? Well, it is-

nice to see you again, too. But that isn't the proper way to hug someone, Italy." ...like Germany's really the afficienado on hugs.

looks at Germany. "Ve.. then how do I hug you?"

gently pries Italy's arms off, turns around, and replaces them around his waist. "There."

blinks. "Ohh~ Okay!" He then hugs him tightly.

laughs just a little, shaking his head. Eventually he shakes off the awkward feeling and hugs him back.

remains hugging him. "I missed you lots! I've been stuck with Fratello and a little polar bear! And Fratello has been really mean!"

doesn't mind too much. He isn't surprised to hear that about Romano however. "...stuck with them? Nevermind. How has he been mean?"

whines. "He keeps calling me mean things and... oh well.. it's okay, because now I can just stay with Ludwig!"

would offer to put a stop to that, but he isn't so sure Romano would list- wait, what. "...you want to stay with me?"

looks up at him and nods. "Si! It could be fun!!"

isn't so sure about that. His house isn't Italian-proof. "Are you entirely sure you want to do that? My house is very boring, you know."

nods enthusiastically. "Si! We can make your house un-boring!"

knows he should say no. He really wants to say no, considering how immaculate he likes to keep his house. But...well... "Well. I suppose."

beams. "Hooray! Fun! We can have pasta every day together!"

doesn't make a face. Really. He *so* doesn't. Cough... "Maybe not *every* day. But we can discuss that later. Would you like to help-

me with the flowerbed?"

blinks curiously. "The flowerbed? Ve~ Is Ludwig planting flowers??"

nods and points to the small black tray sitting a few feet away. "Not many. Just enough to add a little more color."

finally lets go of Ludwig and moves, looking at the tray. "Aw~! Cute flowers!" He turns and smiles at Ludwig.

smiles a little and kneels down. He picks up one of the little flowers and sets it down in the dirt. "See? Easy as that."

nods. "Ok!" He copies him, taking another flower and gently setting it in the dirt.

"Now push a little dirt back in around the bottom." He demonstrates this first.

watches Ludwig, trying to absorb the data being said, then starts pushing some dirt back in around the plant.

nods and pats his shoulder lightly. "Exactly! You pick up quicker than I thought."

proud of himself for not messing up! Well, yet.

passes him another flower and points the already-dug spot near the previous one. "That one too."

nods. "Kay!!" And goes to place this one too!

picks up another one to do the same thing, keeping an eye on Italy's progress while he does. "You're very good at this."
