It's a texture thing; kind of how I feel about onions. Doesn't taste bad, but the texture is icky

& squirts onion juice out when you bite into it.

I actually started cooking with onions about 5 years ago. Now I buy them by the bag & cook them into

pretty much everything that includes hamburger. But-I practically puree them first.

lol. I used to be allergic to Onions. Now I am only allergic to RAW Onions. That's fine with me, too, because I HATE them., But I LOVE

sauteed onions, even just by themselves.

salsa. Most especially Momma Ninja's home made salsa.
