Yes, but have you seen how completely unuseful the interface is to add people to cliques? It's awful!

Cliques only work as a group mailing list for the creator. Others can respond but not initiate a message to the clique.

Cliques are not useful one way communication stinks

Maybe the plurkbuddy piggy can work on improving that!
