I agree. Was on job sites for ages and had to go through mountains of junk to find something worthwhile. Eventually? Not worth the effort.

there are two elements obviously. the skills and then the traits. both have to match yeah? Gallup has this down pretty well but is arduous

if candidates realize? W/ candidates, issue of what users are willing to do depending on if they're actively looking or just browsing
