It has a place where you can plug in headphones, but you need an adapter thing first. The last adapter fell apart and a piece of it was left

in the jack. She removed that piece with tweezers. We got a new adapter at the music store in CR last week.

I guess you could call it a keyboard. It isn't like Debbie's keyboard, it is more like a piano that just happens to be electric.
