i was also skeptical at first until 2 colleagues (one, a brilliant visiting professor) here locked me in a room,

so to speak, until i tried the prof's Macbook for 5 mins. Now I find it a chore whenever I need to do things in Windows at work.

I still remember all the things i need to do but it just seems like a lot of small bits of time wasted.
