So much for healthy eating. My sister B and her hubby sent a huge container of the very best popcorn.

Looks wonderful! Here in the Kansas City area we have Topsy’s popcorn in a variety of flavors. I sent a tin to a dear friend in Idaho for Christmas.

'tis not the season for healthy eating...

Popcorn itself, is actually quite healthy. It's what we put on it that makes it not good.

Try not eating it all in one sitting.

JigmeDatse: After I pop mine I like to sprinkle some hippy dust on it.

Swamp_Daddy: Butter, hippy dust, salt, and cayenne here. The butter isn't needed, and if you prefer, you could use something like coconut oil. The salt can be cut back pretty low, but it does help bring out the flavour.

so I limit what i put on it. I dont use salt for him.

That's pretty sound reason to not have the salt. And one with a great ability at "sad puppy dog eyes" by the looks of things. Clearly you've never fed him anything.
oooh 🍿i can just pop a few if it's the sweet ones. but if it's the savory ones (cheese or sour cream), i can finish the whole bag. 😁 disclaimer: i havent done that since i was told i had diabetes already.
