the letter was allegedly sent on the 9th but has only just got here on the 14th.

not been able to get through to them on the phone because apparently they only work Mondays to Fridays (unlike when it's a sales team who are trying to take new money off you).

some of mine do that annually.

not set this one to do that though. They admit on the piece of paper that it hasn't happened in 25 years.
