Prices have been artificially kept low for a long long time but you can only undercut things for so long

there's a ton of price gouging going on, it's not necessarily that this is market rate, so much as the CEOs who want to make sure their bonus keeps increasing year over year are ratcheting prices up

look at what happened with eggs over the last few years and the literally collusion of manufacturers to raise prices

all illegal by the way, but consequences are still hard to find

that's the price I would expect for an eight inch sub, not six inch
