So I called United Healthcare to tell them about this security flaw. They had me uninstall and reinstall the app but they seemed they didn't care about the harm I could have done to the woman in Texas, or how her account was breached by me TWICE.

Yeah, insurance companies are only here to stifle the process of being healthy. They don't care if you help them stifle it. They'd only be panicking if you found a way to make them pay for the healthcare you need.
