mimipal: Take 3 tip leaves and put them in soil... Most of them are likely to take. It'll take a bit though. Dividing is potentially difficult. Propogation while slower is not going to really damage the parent plant.

had good success with taking about 3 leaves, but has been too scared to think about splitting. Maybe if something clearly needs to be repotted, might think about it. But we've had a bad year for plants. So that's probably not happening soon.
