[work] nothing says Monday like a sales rep trying to swing his dick around and unnecessarily CC'ing his bosses.

I don't like to play gender but this has literally never been a problem with lady reps, with this company or the last. it's always some dude who immediately puts his managers on the email like all us support are meant to cower

I also just realized it's always baseball guys, at least in the couple years with this company
honestly it's just obnoxious that I've had this exact same issue with half a dozen or so different reps
and I wish I didn't have to be polite and not say "yes I understand someone else bent the rules for you but"

managed to end the day without anything more on this, which is surprising. here's hoping I don't have a nasty email cluttering my inbox in the morning
