My migraine protocol is nortriptyline, propranolol, and liquid celecoxib for the breakthroughs. The liquid celecoxib is amazing. In the US, it's called Elyxyb. If you've failed the other treatments so far (all the triptans were basically sugar pills for me), you might want to bring that one up.
Tastes terrible. Works, for me at least, within 5 min.
I took sumatriptan and had a lie down and it seems to have helped.
I also am changing doses on a medication after trying a month on a lower dose, AND it was hot and humid and soul sucking today AND I'm still under stress with the NDIA still not having contacted me... le sigh
But thanks, I'll make note of these meds in case I need to change up
