they claimed the specific case manager, Will, wasn't available - whereas he had chosen this Saturday afternoon slot call-back because that was when he was next available. Yet he was the no-show.

instead had a call-back from yet another random unknown - this time a male. He said Will was unavailable and old routers were unavailable (from TT) and that I could get my own router (so they're not doing anything proprietory with their setup?!) and just wanted to close down the complaint.

not agreeing to close down the complaint because the internet still isn't working quite as well as it did. So they're going to do it anyway with some sort of deadlock(?) from a CEO.
