Luis Serra. Not your usual RP type from what I remember but he slots into several blorbo categories in the remake continuity at least. Flirty bisexual outwardly cheerful goofball hiding an incredible well of trauma and desire to Be Good, also he's a mad biologist and has a classic lit hyperfixation

Diluc's intro to me was committing torture of a sapient being and he will not be permitted to move past that until he admits that was wrong
