it's annoying that they (all?) won't let me do anything other than creep forward one year at a time at the moment (instead of having multi-year options). Which means the various institutions are all repeatedly demanding my attention (and insisting upon cryptic communications & "text" phone calls for pin codes).

that not having (any) money would be worse though.

to have another go at attempting to donate money now that my phone has mostly been working again for a few weeks.

last time I was able to try at all the people at the other end were the ones who weren't answering.
