some of the symptoms were similar - in that she had still been able to use the internet on the phone line even while the phone service was dead. But of course there was no internet at all while they were working on it (and they also wanted her to leave the phone part to "settle" for a while after their work).
tried ringing her and that's still being diverted to her mobile phone instead - which was something TalkTalk put in place last week when she first reported the phone line had died.
retested today and now she can't receive phone calls at all - they don't get redirected to her mobile phone but they don't generate any ring indication on the normal phone at her end or at my end either!
