Only plurk. Easy and my plurks not deleted so I like that. Dislike the character limit.

I used to have a Twitter account, but even back then, I didn't log onto it often. I just don't get that kind of format.
Then I've got a Mastodon and a Bluesky account to replace Twitter, they're fine. I sometimes look at Mastodon, but not so much Bluesky.

IG? Eh, never really got the hang of it. Planned to use it as a place to post pictures I took, but that didn't pan out.
Tiktok? I'm too old for that shit.

Plurk though, I've been here for nearly one and a half decades. I find this really homey and cozy. It's probably a relic of the early 2010's social media, and I love it.
FB to keep in touch with RL fam & friends
Twitter for news behind the news (those not tackled by mainstream media) and as a medium to speak up on issues
Plurk main one I use for online friends
Mastodon, Spoutible, BlueSky & Threads - made accts in case twitter crashes, now I just post my Mental Health Matters on them
IG for my art & photos :-))

ranijournal: Mastodon has been touted as a more free, better alternative to Twitter, but it has struggled getting users due to the perceived difficulty getting started on it (due to its non-centralized nature).

For example, you first need to choose a server in which you will create an account on (I'm onmas.to, for example, but I was on Mastodon.social for the longest time), and then once you create your account, there's no algorithmic timeline or recommended people to follow.

It's a feature a lot of those in Mastodon are proud of, but it also makes it hard to find accounts to follow, and makes it hard for people to follow you. You have to know their Mastodon handle [username@server] to follow them, or somehow land into their profile.
