Her powers are unleashed again. She will NOT go off like she did after her canon update; she's a whole person again, so she's got a reasonable amount of control.

But there will be slips and mistakes.

putting this in here for later but Hanna can and will seal this power for her if she wants or doesn't want him to depending on what she's doing with it. if she's abusing the ability to hurt people he might try anyways because he doesn't think his friend wants to act like that >> and regretting shit sucks big time.
