it turns out that going outside and yelling as loud as possible at the sky is really good? for releasing built-up frustration?

none of the neighbors called so I think it was sufficiently a yell and not a scream
it can be surprisingly helpful
I don't feel the building urge to Do A Harm
In Sweden, there is a thing where university students, when they're stressed, lean out of windows or balconies at 10 pm and yell or scream at the sky.
It is known as Elvavrålet (the Eleven Scream) in Swedish.
I would love to do that if I knew it wouldn't freak the neighbors out
I think I would freak out like three or four entire apartment complexes if I did that
it's true that the advantage of the woods is that only a couple houses could hear me
but also, I think part of the benefit was letting myself not prioritize them
