In the scene after their argument and Stan pushing Ford into the portal, Stan sleeps on his back, using his coat as a blanket instead of Ford's blankets that are on the couch, and the next scene reveals that he never bandaged his back

It took 20 hours for Stan to drive from New Mexico to Gravity Falls, and he did it the second Ford sent him that postcard

Bill specifically told Ford that he was sending someone to steal his eyes and that's why he answered the door like that

Also Stan and Ford's argument was so well done because both of them are so valid

Like Stan's thinking "I was literally homeless and this guy's living in, what, a three-story house?"
And Ford's thinking "I have to tape my eyes open so I don't sleep. The fate of the world is at stake because of me and this guy has no idea what I've been through"

And neither of them are in a space to listen to each orher
