The kicker is it's illegal to be transgender in Algeria. If she was trans they wouldn't have put her on their team in the first place.

also: apparently since she's filing in France, France's laws apply, and if they can show any level of coordination, it apparently qualifies for criminal charges, not just civil

I have no idea if it's true or not but supposedly if it was coordinated harassment that falls under criminal charges

If it was coordinated I do think that's different than individuals

i'm just fully not a fan of using the criminal courts for speech

I've seen far too many people who are like, "Imane isn't trans. He (sic) has XY chromosomes so he (sic) is male!" A lot of them admit she isn't trans, they just think she's male.
