i feel like our apartment complex is like, constantly pulling "surprise the water is off for awhile we gotta fix shit" stuff throughout the summer, but I also feel like that's mostly an apartment complex thing. tho, the handful of times we got very short or no notice, it was usually an emergency fix I think.
