bonus: pressure/weather-related migraine is trying to start

I even went to bed early last night to try and be more refreshed today

oh no! this migraine business has got to stop

obnoxious part of being a lady: when your bra contributes to shoulder/neck/head pain and changing bras clears the most of the pain in under 30 min
perk of WFH: that I can do the above and not suffer all workday

this morning continues to be aggravating but at least my pain is down around 1-2 now lol sigh

sigh, I hate busy season

and that next week is supposed to be "high volume" to the point only time off for emergencies or similar will be approved

definitely crossing my fingers for minimal headaches next week. busy I can deal with. obnoxious customers and sales reps that blow up my email or have ridiculous requests are what turn busy into a nightmare

like the thing today that ate up a good 3 hours and left me behind at the end of the day. without it I would have been entirely caught up with time to spare

having a job that's basically putting puzzles together all day and problem solving makes it hard to save mental energy for a cognitive hobby after work hours, which is usually the part that aggravates me the most

and tomorrow morning I definitely can't fuck around and let myself sneak in a "short" tag or look at discord/plurk otherwise I won't get caught up

and considering I keep coming up with excuses not to ask for a day off this week, if I feel like I'm behind I definitely won't gather the nerve to see about taking Friday off
