Talked to my doctor on the phone today, and he prescribed me an anti-inflammatory gel, told me to come in on Tuesday, and to look into the work injury insurance stuff

went back and forth with my job a bit, did a little bureaucratic phone call with the work injury group for the province, now I have a claim open, so hopefully missed days or potential therapy are covered at least a bit

I tried to go pick up the gel earlier, but they hadn't received a fax on it...guessing it was part of the crowdstrike problem and faxes were not going through

but I did get it this afternoon and now my arm is sticky

my studio also apparently had problems with crowdstrike (was getting emails from IT even though I WFH) and they had to go around and manually fix every machine

I feel so bad for IT @_@
