so yeah I spent a good chunk of my 40th birthday crying my eyes out about this again!!

I have an appointment to talk to my doctor tomorrow, maybe will need therapy again. Don't know how long I'll have to take off of work, I'm really hoping it's not as long as last time

I don't even know what caused this, I have been doing my regular stretches. Maybe anxiety? Stress from the stitches?

I talked to the doctor this morning, need to go pick up some kind of pain relief gel for my arm (there may have been a problem getting faxes this morning because of the crowdstrike stuff), and I have an in-person appointment with him on Tuesday

and I did a bunch of bureaucratic stuff this morning with work where I basically made a claim with the province work injury association, hopefully can get some kind of compensation for days I miss or therapy I need
