Thankfully it's fixed now, service tech was able to get out this morning

The one nice thing about AC failing in summer is that they don't jerk you around getting that emergency fix.

In Arizona they're especially unlikely to when you rent, thankfully

Like we all know it's hot to the point that if your landlord dicks around and doesn't fix it they're violating the law

It's got its own segment in the state renter's rights and everything
