had a bit of, "man this is too hot..." Earlier it was cool and dry, but now it's cool and wet. The cool and dry, and the warm and wet aren't too bad.

mostly avoiding direct weather but it does still affect the indoors.

even with good indoor climate control, the outdoor weather still has impact on indoor conditions. I've never seen anything that might control the air pressure for one thing.

aways wanted a barometric/hyperbaric chamber as my padded cell - but with full facilities such as musical instruments (and of course computer interface too once that became a thing).

even just maintaining a "very similar to atmospheric pressure" on the size of being able to move about would be very very very expensive. Even just a small 3x6m or something... is really expensive, but those are significantly higher/lower than atmospheric pressure.

if a passivhaus has a significant damping effect on air pressure changes.

Hm, yeah there may be things like what I think you're referring to which could handle it. I think I saw something in California that had some pretty serious seals, which I don't remember if any of that was air pressure.

clean rooms are "positive pressure" to keep dust out. Scaling that up to a building might be a challenge.

a clean room size might be big enough for what sef is talking about.
