[work] last week we discovered that a slice of our data got seriously fucked up while no one was looking at it. today I find out that the entire tool responsible for collecting it may in fact be fundamentally broken from the ground up. FANTASTIC.
I don't enjoy caring about work this much 
I've been working really hard trying to troubleshoot and just got an answer from tech support that really does sound like "yeah this is completely broken, that's how we built it, did you not want it that way? weird."
