as soon as the Ohio constitutional amendment passed the Rs were talking (publicly!) about pushing through another amendment to undercut it -- which the R-supermajority legislature can put on the ballot by fiat, no signatures needed. And they can and will call it whatever suits their purpose.

The same type of sneaky bs is happening here in MO.
