Ever since I started treating my sleep apnea I actually have had a lot of energy in the morning

So yeah I think that is kind of not normal

/throws that on the pile of reasons I should probably see a doctor that I refuse to acknowledged

If it helps, a sleep apnea at home test can be mailed out and is probably covered by insurance? Also treating the sleep apnea is why I don't need my ADHD meds to function right now

Nicky's...I do not know but I do worry. But also she is so crazy productive despite such tiredness. More productive than me. So perhaps energy ain't all it's cracked up to be.

Perhaps Nicky is the electric vehicle of energy. I just need to plug her in for long periods of time in bed on the weekend, and then she goes and goes through the week, but loses some energy each day until I can plug her in again.
