My immediate thoughts are: heavy falling object, electrical mishaps, fire, mmmaybe water, explosions, poison if he can get his hands on some stuff.

I doubt Collins likes using poisons, but I also know he will use whatever is necessary and has probably used poison a time or two to get a quiet kill someone requested.

Since we know he uses accidental deaths I don't doubt that he hasn't a few times at least.

I can probably volunteer Norton for injury.
