not checked the dates for copyright but maybe the madly chaotic end of the world is making people think of his books. Or someone has just reached the letter L in their archive.

in differs from country to country anyway! On music recordings, stuff up to & including 1962 went out of copyright before the-powers-that-be passed an emergency law change to stick yet another 10 years onto things.

It should be 75 years, so possibly. I wish we could go back and revise the law. It was only extended because not many people were online yet and Disney knew they could sneak a change in. It should still be 50.

Yeah, the terms are far too long... Especially since most of them are, "life plus an amount that's too long."
