Ugh. I try and keep a daily inventory of the good and bad things I do, starting with a daily list of what I ought to do and in the evening (or the next morning) comparing my actions with my intentions... I have some astonishingly graceless days
Thanks y’all. I am generally a pretty self confident person, but sometimes the insecurities take over my headspace.... and then jealousy, and other bad thoughts just hang out for a while.
