(I worked at the shop, biked for half an hour at the gym next door, and made pineapple hamburger pizza for my mom to celebrate Dad's mom's birthday today.)
So far I've had like. Four shifts. And the next time I go in they want me to run the cash register alone. So. Uh. Go--od? I am a bit intimidated because there's stuff I've done like once. But everyone has been very kind and helpful and no one has yelled at me or anything! Which is good!
I'm getting a sense of where stuff goes a little bit and I feel like I can ask for help when I need it. Even if that's a bit scary too. So going pretty good! Yeah!
Thank you. I consider it a very good sign that no one seems to be yelly. (In retrospect you see, some places I worked at had a culture of yelling and it was. V. Not good.) (Here there is not!)
