that's my wife's hands...she handles them frequently too

ew ew ew ew ew ew ew ew .... i love reptiles, amphibians, all that jazz... but if an arachnid gets close to me, i'm squishin' it!

we had someone in tha audience last night who hated arachnids...after a while, she let a tarantula walk across her hand... she was thrilled

i might be able to stand the tarantula. but i can't get past the poisonous AND creepy/icky factor with the scorpion

i can't manage both at the same time.... ick!

all i can say is this: If you ever come to our show, **do not wear a white shirt**

we select a vict...er, "volunteer", to be decorated with arachnids...2 tarantulas and a scorpion...you get a free picture if you do it!

i'm just gonna guess they pick the white shirt so the creepy crawlies show up better... i think I could stand the tarantulas... i might have

to think about letting them put a scorp. on me...

not long...just long enough to get the picture...usually with the "oh shit" look on their face...

yes, they pinch like hell...most don't sting without provocation

i think i could hold it together if the scorp wasn't on me for more than a min or so...

we are trained to know their body language...we know when they are provoked and leave them alone

when we see thdm swinging their tails, we quickly take them off people's hands
