if you go to the edit profile , customize and then getting started guide there is a link there where

you can resize your photos for the profile

that's what I used at first.

I can't take credit for my design now MIchDdot made it for me.

jmoser i host everything free at imageshack. no need for any acct. or anything

i do save some photos at botk flickr and photobucket but for on-the-fly image hosting (& more privacy) imageshack works great
