Really? I found that to be one of my least favorite chapters. I thought the story got better as it went along.

I liked some of the descriptive detail. Sometimes it seemed as if it was used in excess

the same about the first chapter, even though it was distribing to read, there was action...

right, it's not necessarily that I liked the disturbing aspect of it, just that the action grabbed my attention

I think the action grabbed my attention, but I felt like the setting of the story was not settled until a few chapters into the story.
