the format of plurk is much better when one needs help, advice, support. Twit. used to work like that but people rarely respond to inquiries

JackieB I agree. I find I get less info here than in twitter because I only follow a few conversations at a time.

Actually, I'm thinking that once school starts, discussions on a Ning would be easier to follow than twitter or plurk.

What I like is, I ask a question, then come back later and have 15 answers. It is all grouped together, but I don't have to be right there.
