surprised that I've started noticing the days getting shorter and the consequential longer nights already. I hadn't been so sensitive before

I've been sleeping for about 5 hours every 36 that I've been up

it weren't so, but I go through stretches like that every few months. They drive me nuts.

That's sort of my natural state. I've always assumed that I was born on a planet with a 36-hour rotation period...

pondered if I were born on a planet with a thirty-six hour rotation because when left to my own devices, I revert to a cycle as such.

Maybe we were born on the same planet!

It drives me crazy, though, because there aren't many people or businesses that cater to people who do, so I have to conform.

I know. It's a pain. I had one period of about six months where I didn't need to interact much, which is how I found the 36-hour cycle...
NordicWulf

actually most human's natural circadian rhythms do NOT line up with a 24hour day and run closer to 36

You think?

er not really... but people don't exactly have natural circadian rythyms once they get electric lights.
NordicWulf

that's something that was brought up in the study too
Nanners©

the studies I've seen said it was pretty common for people to go on 25-26 hour cycles but never heard 36 before.

Do you have a link for the study?
NordicWulf

not anymore. This was something I read back in 99 in a psych class
