I'm thinking of moving store locations. does anyone know a sim that actually gets traffic that's renting store space?

but I'd rather close my store (again) than be on the sim I'm on any longer. I'm not making enough sales to make up for all the time and effort I've put in anyway, so it's all starting to feel like a waste.
