cook for one Last edited 3 years ago無業料理第74天早餐:火腿起司鬆餅、水果與鮮奶茶昨天調好的麵糊分兩天吃完,這次不另外煎而是倒好麵糊,再各自放上火腿與起司片,食用時淋上楓糖漿更好吃~午點:烤雞翅與梅酒沙瓦昨天用做微微辣小黃瓜的調料來醃雞翅,比例當然有調整且多加番茄醬,最後五分鐘上火提高到200℃上色(我家烤箱上火比較弱),烤了25分鐘,外觀與吃起來都比預期美味~本來想之後別買雞翅,為了這食譜有動搖...晚餐:外帶炸雞咖哩飯不想買菜就只能靠外食解決...
