好像大家睡覺一定會用枕頭
最近幾年發現躺在枕頭上難以入眠,一直翻來覆去找不到舒適的姿勢,變得一定要側睡才睡得著,長久下來肩頸和腰部非常不舒服
某個晚上終於受不了明明很累卻還要在枕頭上翻一個多小時才能睡,索性把枕頭抽掉,沒想到居然不到十分鐘就熟睡,早上醒來也是正常的仰躺
