[GBBO + Possible unpopular opinion] Do LGBTQ+ folk know that rainbows are NOT just for them?
I've just seen a news article where there were reports of complaints that Paul said that a rainbow was representative of the NHS.

Apparently a certain few complained that he was tone deaf, that the rainbow clearly was LGBTQ+... even though in recent days people have bee using the rainbow for our NHS and show support
Dunno whether its true or not, but I dunno... It feels like they're fighting the wrong fight there.
I think it’s become so ubiquitous in some people’s minds that they think the LGBTQ+ community has ownership of it. Which they totally don’t.
Of all the injustices in the world... arguing over a rainbow, that was here before LGBTQ+ and will be around long after it's needed... seems silly.
It's certainly not a LOT of people who complained, and chances are it was 'allies' who thought they were doing right by the LGBTQ+ community to complain, but it's NON-controversies like this that make me lose hope in humanity.
Rainbows are pretty, everyone should enjoy em, regardless of sexuality! ... Or career. ^^
