重訓卡關好一陣子,常覺得不知道自己在幹嘛。剛按照建議,全部減重放慢做,只求盡可能精確動到該動的地方。不說訓練效果,整個做完之後心情平靜祥和,雜念輕簡
(意思就是平常都在呼嚨過去亂做一通啦⋯⋯)
