If you have pets, you should be careful about what carpet cleaning solutions you employ. Hopefully I haven't gotten TOO snippy, but like. I worry about Joy, her energy just isn't right and I think this is taking a large toll on her. I'm doing everything I can but today was endless, "I need safety pins" "is that done" "why is this like this?" "when will this thing [that is finished] be finished?"
We have a stage manager but she doesn't do what she says she's going to do half the time.
Anyway so it's just that feeling of, you know, feeling both that the requests are not unreasonable but the demand on me is? Which doesn't square.
I'm sorry you're dealing with all that. I don't know if you're looking to vent or are open to suggestions, so forgive me if I overstep but maybe just sent out an email telling people just this? "Hey, we hear you guys and want to accommodate you, just please keep in mind we have limited resources, just 2 of us" or something to that effect
