How do you avoid distraction - or the negative toll it can take on your performance and learning quality?

We are having another boy! So fun, we will have 2 girls and 2 boys. Gotta love that!

Excited that we have an ultra sound for baby #4 this morning, can wait to see if we are having a boy or girl!

Basketball tonight, now totally beat.. Phew - need to get back in the exercise regimne.
